Plasma Coating Corporation services are designed to meet your thermal spray, painting, and grinding needs for newly manufactured parts and for repair and overhaul applications. We operate from a 20,000 square foot modern facility in Gardena, California including substantial new thermal spray and grinding equipment.
- Thermal Spray
Thermal spraying allows high performance coating applications of materials such as metals, alloys, ceramics, and carbides to be applied to relatively easy-to-work and more economical base materials to significantly enhance the component performance such as wear, heat, oxidization, and corrosion resistance.
Thermal spray coatings:

- offer a cost effective and timely alternative to purchasing replacement parts

Thermal spray technology has improved dramatically in recent years. Designers now commonly use thermal spray to enhance the performance of their products rather than as a last resort repair process.
